At Ox Yoga, I specialise in Hatha (with a little YIN, Vinyasa and Restorative thrown in) coupled with Tantra yoga, two transformative practices that explore the flow of energy, connection, and balance between mind and body. Through breath control (pranayama), mindfulness, self-discipline, focus, and balance, these principles become tools for living with intention—on and off the yoga mat.
What makes corporate and one-on-one work so important to me is how these principles can reshape the way we engage with others. Energy exchange is a constant in life—whether it’s between colleagues, staff, executive teams, family members.
Yoga teaches us how to show up for these exchanges with presence and authenticity.
